Growing up, Cassidy had always dreamt of marrying on her parents' property, which spanned five acres of natural bushland and backed onto the Yarra River in Warrandyte. So when she and hubby-to-be Brayden finally got engaged, they started planning the ultimate garden party. A giant marquee became their wedding venue, surrounded by lush lawns and towering trees. Under the canvas roof were long tables draped with elegant white tablecloths, timber chairs and pastel floral arrangements, all set against a backdrop of greenery. As for the food? Guests were treated to tasty and easy-going fare, with wood-fired pizzas, gelati, and old-fashioned cocktails on tap.
One of the most important parts of the planning was ensuring Brayden's motorbike had a full tank to get them to their reception. After their grand entry, the loved-up pair spent the evening on the dancefloor, before making a sparkler exit at the end of the night. The entire day went off without a hitch, and could not have been more dreamy. "We had the time of our lives, we could not wipe the smiles off our faces!"
